AIR FRYER SALMON RECIPE

I don't know why it took me SO long to invest in an Air Fryer- regardless, it has become my go-to kitchen appliance. It's been great during these warmer months as it's an easy alternative to using the oven which often heats up the whole house.

I purchased the Ninja Air Fryer, mainly because the reviews online are incredible.

Since purchasing it, I think so far my favorite dish to cook is salmon. I love fish, however I find it super intimidating to cook in the oven / grill, for some reason. So it's been really easy and not scary at all to cook fish!

Let's get to the recipe, because I hate recipe blog posts that have like a 1000 word essay before you get into the recipe!

AIR FRYER SALMON

ingredients:

- 2 salmon fillet

- fresh pasta of choice

- veggies of choice

- dried dill

- coarse sea salt

- kerrygold butter

how to:

First, boil water in a saucepan (I like to add salt and olive oil). Prep your veggies and set aside with pasta.

Next, preheat your air fryer by heating to 390 degrees F, for 3-4 minutes. When ready, place your 2 salmon fillets inside; sprinkle sea salt and dill over the top. Cook for 6 minutes, check on it, then cook for an additional 6 minutes (or longer) until done.

If your water is boiling, add your pasta and veggies, and cook according to pasta package. (The fresh pasta I like from Whole Foods only takes 3 minutes to cook which is perfect for the veggies too!) Drain once cooked, add butter, sprinkle sea salt.

Plate your pasta & veggies with your salmon, and I promise you this meal will leave a smile on your face from how satisfying it is.

Enjoy and please let me know if you end up trying this. Tag me in your food creations on IG @gigiikent.
